In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new,unwashed,unworn) within 3 days of receiving your order.
Those returned items that are deemed worn, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense. No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances.
Shipping cost for change of mind or exchanges will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.
Details for exchange/return requests should be directed to info@staticwrld.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Within 36 hours you will receive a return confirmation along with the return address.
Any discrepancy with your order must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package. We will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced returns. It is solely on the customer to ensure the items are returned safely.
We will review this on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem to be unsatisfactory.
